At Walking With Weens, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

How to Return an Item

To return your order, please:

  1. Place the item(s) in their original packaging.

  2. Include your name and order number inside the parcel.

  3. Contact us before shipping your return.

  4. Use a tracked postal service, and retain proof of postage — this may be required.

We aim to process returns within 2–3 business days of receiving the item. You will receive an automated confirmation if your refund is accepted. If not, we will contact you directly. 

Kindly note: We’re unable to refund original postage costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or an error was made on my part. 


Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with tags and accessories included.

  • A packing slip or proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Seconds sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Lucky dip items


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the item you have.

  2. Placing a new order for the desired item.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • If a refund to your original method is not possible, we will issue store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
