Created with a streamlined Y shaped structure, this upgraded style allows your dog to move naturally while offering secure support in all the right places. With three easy release buckles, including one at the neck, your dog never needs to step into or have a harness pulled over their head again. Simply clip on and go. 

    The Active Addition is crafted using durable high grade materials with a soft breathable mesh lining for all day comfort. Fully adjustable neck and chest straps allow a custom fit for a wide range of breeds and body shapes.

    SHIPPING:

    Please note that UK orders may take 3–5 business days to be dispatched, including those shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services. For international orders, please allow 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


    RETURNS:

    Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip or proof of purchase.

    Care Instructions

    Cleaning & Care:

    • Hand wash accessories in warm water or machine wash on a gentle 30°C cycle.

    • Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not tumble dry.

    • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products.

    • Enrichment mats are dishwasher safe—but always supervise during use.

    • For blankets, check regularly for any holes or tears and ensure they are not chewed.


    Harness Fit Guide:

    • Front: The larger panel with the logo sits across your dog’s chest.

    • Back: The adjustable strappy section fastens over your dog’s back.
